Use Cloudflare Stream videos in Patreon
Keep your existing Cloudflare Stream library and use RedShoreMedia for Patreon-ready links, player settings and workspace tools.
Connect your account
In Cloudflare accounts, add the account ID and a suitably scoped Stream API token. Use the least permissions needed for the uploads and management you intend to perform. Do not paste API tokens into a video URL, public post or support message.
Import or upload
Choose the connected account in Library. Import the existing Stream library or upload a file directly to Cloudflare through the workspace. Wait for processing to finish before publishing the RedShoreMedia link. This connected-account path is separate from adding an already hosted direct URL.
Copy the stable provider link
Copy the RedShoreMedia share URL for the ready video and use Patreon’s external/embed URL option. The media is delivered by Cloudflare; RedShoreMedia does not move ownership of your library or include Cloudflare storage/delivery charges in its subscription.
Check account and plan boundaries
Free video limits still apply when importing. Business supports multiple Cloudflare connections and team workflows. Disconnecting credentials or deleting a provider video can affect management or playback; keep the source available for published posts.
Test the complete post
Check the player in the published Patreon post and on mobile. A ready import does not remove source restrictions you configured at Cloudflare. If your Cloudflare setup requires an access mechanism incompatible with a saved source, resolve it with the host before publishing.
Try your source before publishing.
