Content and Acceptable Use Policy
Updated 26 October 2026 · Policy version 2026-10-26-v1/adult/statutory-94a6561ae972dcdd
Where these rules apply
These rules cover videos and external sources made available through RedShoreMedia, plus posters, titles, descriptions, messages and use of its tools. A file being stored elsewhere does not excuse unlawful use of our links or player. You must also follow the applicable policies of Patreon and your source host.
Age-sensitive content
Lawful adult-oriented content is permitted only where every depicted participant is at least 18, has freely consented to the recording and the intended publication, and the content is permitted by applicable law, Patreon and the source host. You must hold the necessary rights and appropriate age/consent records where required. Permission from RedShoreMedia never overrides a stricter rule at Patreon or your host.
Always prohibited
Do not use the service for child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation or sexualized depictions of minors, including manipulated or generated depictions; non-consensual intimate material or sexual deepfakes; hidden-camera or other invasive recordings without the necessary consent; trafficking, coercion or sexual violence; or unlawful extreme content. Do not submit unlawful files as evidence in a support ticket or email.
Rights, safety and legality
Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights; distribute stolen or pirated material; publish credible threats, unlawful harassment or instructions facilitating a specific serious crime; or distribute content that unlawfully promotes terrorism, exploitation or violence. Do not misrepresent your authority or consent. Material permitted by one platform may still be prohibited by law or by another provider used in the workflow.
Technical abuse
Do not distribute malware, phishing pages or deceptive sources; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; use stolen hosting credentials; or use accounts/automation to circumvent applicable service limits and legitimate access controls. Legitimate separate projects and authorized team access must still follow their plans. There is no promise of anonymous or unrestricted hosting.
Evidence and moderation
Keep appropriate evidence of rights, participant consent and lawful authority where required. If a concern arises, we may ask for relevant information through an appropriate channel; do not email identity documents or sensitive records unless a suitable process has been agreed. We may restrict availability while investigating and may take account of repeated or serious violations. We do not claim to pre-review every linked file or to operate an automated age/rights certification system.
Report or appeal
Send the exact RedShoreMedia URL, a clear explanation, relevant non-sensitive evidence and a way to contact you to support@redshoremedia.com. Reports do not require a customer account. If your own access was restricted, identify the affected link/account and explain why the decision should be reviewed. We consider good-faith reports and reviews, subject to applicable law and urgent safety needs.
