Copyright and Illegal Content Reports

Send a useful report
Contact support@redshoremedia.com without creating an account. Identify the exact RedShoreMedia link or resource, the work/right or law involved, why the use is unauthorized or unlawful, and enough relevant information for us to locate and assess it. Provide a reply address and identify your authority to act for the rights holder where applicable.
Supporting statements
For a copyright claim, describe the protected work and the allegedly infringing use, state your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and provide an accurate statement of authority and a signature where required by applicable law. Supply further legally required information when relevant. Other illegal-content reports should explain the facts clearly; they do not automatically require ownership of a copyright.
Do not attach harmful material
Do not send illegal files, intimate media, identity documents or secret source tokens as attachments. Use the precise RedShoreMedia URL and a factual description. If immediate safety is at risk, use the appropriate local authorities rather than relying only on a service support inbox.
How we handle reports
We assess sufficiently specific reports, may ask for clarification and may restrict availability through our service while investigating. Where lawful and appropriate, we notify the affected user and consider their response or review request. Necessary information may be shared for resolution subject to applicable law; explain any confidentiality or safety concern when reporting. Knowing false or abusive reports may have consequences under applicable law.
Original files and review
Because direct-source files remain at independent hosts, restricting a RedShoreMedia link does not itself remove the original file from that host or another site. Report those locations to the relevant operator as appropriate. Affected users can request review at the same support address, identifying the link and providing relevant evidence. Applicable statutory notice/counter-notice or appeal procedures take priority where required.
Scope of this procedure
This is the contact procedure for content and copyright reports concerning RedShoreMedia. Applicable statutory requirements take priority over this general contact procedure.
