Commercial policy
Discretionary refunds for a change of mind are not offered beyond rights required by applicable law. This does not exclude mandatory withdrawal/cancellation rights, remedies for a service that is not as described or not supplied, or another legally required refund.
How to request help
Contact support@redshoremedia.com from your account email, giving the RedShoreMedia order/invoice ID, the issue and relevant transaction reference. Never send a wallet seed phrase, private key or password. We may need to verify the payment/account and agree a secure refund method. A ticket or email is a request; it is not an automatic instruction for a financial transfer.
Prepayment and renewal
The selected prepaid term is measured in calendar months. Renewal is manual, so declining another purchase stops future service charges from us. Cancelling future use does not automatically reverse the original blockchain transaction. A payment or network problem can require investigation with the processor; do not assume a different asset/network or third-party destination can always be recovered.
Mandatory rights
Consumer withdrawal/cancellation, conformity and other non-waivable remedies remain available where applicable. We do not state that clicking a general terms checkbox or receiving instant access automatically waives those rights. Service failures, non-supply or incorrect description are considered under the applicable rules regardless of the discretionary commercial policy.
Restrictions and outcomes
A content/account restriction does not itself decide every refund entitlement. We consider the circumstances, service already supplied and applicable law; we do not assert automatic forfeiture of all prepaid sums for every violation. Approved or legally required refunds are handled through a verified lawful method. We do not promise a fixed processing time or deduction that would conflict with mandatory law.
